This is the monthly newsletter for the State Office of Rural Health.

The State Office of Rural Health Program (SORH) is working to increase awareness of rural health issues and to assist Utah in strengthening rural healthcare delivery systems.

SORH does this by:

sending you information about rural healthcare challenges and research;
updating you on activities carried out in the State that relate to rural healthcare;
sharing Federal, State, and nongovernmental programs regarding rural health;
if you're a public or private nonprofit, we'll provide you with technical assistance concerning participation in Federal, State, and nongovernmental programs; and
promoting opportunities for recruitment and retention of a competent healthcare workforce.
