Grants and funding opportunities

Hospitals, clinics, and nonprofits serving the primary care, behavioral health, and oral health of our communities can sustain operations, expand access to services, and meet the needs of Utah's communities by utilizing local and federal funding resources.


Community Education and Outreach Grant

Funding Cycle: October 1, 2023 – June 30, 2024
Release date: July 2023
Close date: September 1, 2023

The Community Education and Outreach Grant funds the development of culturally and linguistically appropriate programs and services for low income and medically underserved populations.

Progress reports are due on a quarterly basis.

Assistance for People with Bleeding Disorders

The Assistance for People with Bleeding Disorders Program (Lifeline) assists persons with bleeding disorders with the cost of obtaining hemophilia services or the cost of insurance premiums for coverage of hemophilia services.

This program is contracted through the Utah Hemophilia Foundation.
