Learn about HSST

The Health Systems Support Team (HSST) works to improve coordination across multiple programs within the Office of Primary Care and Rural Health. The team supports rural hospitals and rural health clinics (RHC) in Utah as well as organizations that provide primary healthcare services to low income, uninsured, and under-insured individuals.
